We would like to simplify the ordering procedure for you - we have therefore prepared the following recommendations.
As soon as you have all the necessary basic requirements for production (master, graphic work etc.), please carefully complete our order form and send it to us along with the basic production requirements.
The correctness of the basic requirements will be checked and we will then contact you by phone or email. Simultaneously we will confirm the expected date of delivery. Unless otherwise agreed you will be invoiced for a deposit, payment of which is a condition for commencement of production.
We recommend that you keep to the technical conditions which are available in the Technical Support section, for CD/DVD and for vinyl. Primarily in the interest of our customer it is advisable to respect these conditions, as everyone at GZ cares that your order is dealt with on time and without additional payment for extra work.
As soon as the goods are dispatched you will receive a fax or email confirming the date of shipment from our company. You will be given the number of the express or airline consignment, which will enable you to follow the movement of the goods in transit.
