On Sunday, 29 March 2026, the cultural centre in Loděnice was buzzing with the energy of children from the Robotika je hra robotics clubs. GRAMOFOND, the GZ Foundation Fund, organised Roboklání, welcoming teams from Loděnice, Beroun, Řevnice, Žebrák, Hořovice and Soběslav. Around one hundred visitors came to the event, where they could see a wide range of models built mainly from kits — the same ones the children use in their regular club activities.

The programme also featured open workshops where visitors could try their hand at 3D printing, wiring electrical circuits and programming Ozobots using colour codes. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and the children clearly threw themselves into the challenges with great enthusiasm. Parents, grandparents and friends were there to cheer them on.

The highlight of the morning was a catapult competition involving 17 teams. Their task was to hit a target 2.5 metres away with a ping-pong ball. It was a very close contest, but in the end the team from Žebrák proved the most accurate, followed by Řevnice, while teams from Soběslav and Beroun shared third place. Some teams had spent months perfecting their catapults, and it showed in the quality of their designs. Their reward was not only kits, but also the satisfaction of a job well done.

The event ran smoothly thanks to the careful preparation of the instructors, volunteers and organisers, who made sure the programme, competition activities and visitor facilities were all in place.
